Contract Information
Guaranteed number of guests: We will ask
you to guarantee a specific number of guests 10
days before your event. It is your
responsibility to contact us with your final
count. If you do not call in with your guest
count 10 days prior to your event, we will
assume that your initial count given is correct.
Remaining food after the event is complete is
the property of Breezy Point Resort.
Tax and Service Charge: The tax on the
service charge, food and non-alcoholic beverages
is 6.88% and 9.375% on alcoholic beverages. The
service charge is 18% and it is applied to the
entire amount of the dinner.
Payments and Deposits: Payment in full is
due 10 days prior to the event. A credit card
number is required for any private party. This
credit card number serves to confirm your party
with Breezy Point Resort and allows us
to reserve the date for you with a deposit of
50%. This deposit is credited toward your event.
